Add an Assessment
When a student shares an item with you, you can always leave comments.
You can only add assessments if:
- the student has attached a rubric to the item;
- the student gave you the right permissions.
Adding comments or assessments to a presentation works slightly different, as described here.
Add a Comment
- Click the Explore tab.
- Click the arrow next to the item you want to comment on.
- Click View.The following window opens:
- Click Add Comment.
- Leave a comment on the item and click Add.
Add an Assessment
You can only add an assessment when the student has attached a rubric to the item and has granted the proper permissions when they shared the item.
- Click the Explore tab.
- Click the arrow next to the item.
- Click View.The following window opens:
- Click Add Assessment.
- Select a rubric that the student has attached to the item.
- Click OK.
Fill in the rubric.
- Click Close.
Presentation
- Click the Explore tab.
- Click the arrow next to the item.
- Click View.The following window opens:
- Click Add Comment.
- Leav a comment and click Add.
In a similar way you can add an Evaluation.
You can also click on Review Presentation in the upper left corner to leave comments and add an evaluation
Comment per item
If the student selected the Comment enabled setting when editing the presentation on the Content/Layout tab, a Add Comment button will appear under each item. With this you can comment on all individual items.
Click Add Comment and add your comment directly to the comment box
