You can make (sub)modules and activities visible or invisible to students. If you make a (sub)module or activity invisible, it will not be visible to students, regardless of any time and/or date settings.

1. Navigate to 'Content' in your course's navigation bar.
2. Click any item on the left. It doesn't matter if it's a unit or a lesson, or an assignment or a test.
3. Click on the slider next to the eye icon with which you can set the (sub)module or activity to 'Visible' or 'Hidden'.
4. If you have set a (sub)module or activity to 'Hidden', you will see an eye icon with a line through it.
5. The emoticon of an eye with the gear wheel behind it means that this module or activity will only become visible if the 'conditions have been met'. For example, first, a test must gain a minimum score of a 7.

If you create a new activity such as Assignment, HTML page or Test, you can already determine when creating whether you want to 'Hide' or make the activity 'Visible'

• Click Create New.
• Click Assignment, HTML Page, or Test

Fill in all the fields for this activity and decide at the bottom whether you want to keep it hidden or make it visible.

1. Navigeer naar Inhoud in de navbar van je cursus.
2. Klik op elk gewenst onderdeel aan de linkerkant. Het maakt niet uit of het een Eenheid is of een Les, een opdracht of een test.
3. Klik op de schuifbalk naast het oogicoon waarmee je de (sub)module of activiteit op Zichtbaar of Verborgen kunt zetten.
4. Als je een (sub)module of activiteit op Verborgen hebt gezet, zie je oogicoon met een streep erdoor.
5. Het oog met het tandwiel erachter wil zeggen dat deze module of activiteit pas zichtbaar wordt als aan de voorwaarden is voldaan. Bijvoorbeeld dat er eerst minimaal een 7 moet worden gescoord bij een test.
