While setting up your course, you can view and navigate it as if you were a student. This way you can test whether everything works properly and/or whether you are satisfied with the way in which you have designed the course. To see the student view of your course, use the View as student feature.

To experience the course from a student perspective, we want to use dummy student: a fictitious student that you can add to your course. You can then go through your course as this dummy student.
