Under 'Content', structure your course and add course materials, such as HTML pages. You place text, media and/or links in an HTML page, which helps inform the student about a certain part, and can even be used to link to an activity.
- Navigate to 'Contents' in your course's navigation bar.
- Click on the module in which you want to add the HTML document.
- Click on 'Create New'.
- Then choose 'HTML document'.
- Enter a title (name).
- Add content, text, video, links to other contents or images. Read more about this, in the article Wat is de Editor?
- If necessary, you can indicate the availability of this document and the period in which students can view the document.
- Indicate whether you want to make the document visible to students right away
- Click 'Save and Close' to place the document.
- You can find HTML documents in 'Manage files'. So if you want to use the same page in multiple (sub)modules, you only have to create it once. Then you can easily place it in several places in your course.
How do I edit an HTML document?
- Click on the document you want to edit
- Click on the three dots...
- Choose 'Edit'
