1. Go to the course where you want to add the video
2. Click on 'Course Tools'
3. Click on 'My Mediasite'

You will now enter your personal My Mediasite page. For more information about Mediasite please click here:

1. Click the video you want to embed (you can click the picture or the name)

Go to step 6

1. Click Add Presentation

2. Choose Link

3. A pop up screen will appear. Paste the Youtube link in the field Past External Video Url of Embed Code
4. Destination lets you choose where you want to save the video, you can choose My Drafts, or a specific folder
5. Click Create External Video

6. Edit the setting 'WHO CAN VIEW?' and select 'Everyone' NB: the video will be a public video, so it is accessible for everyone, also people outside the HR. In order to be able to embed you need to use this setting! If you don't want to use this privacy setting then use these instructions: Add a quicklink to the video in your course
7. Under 'SHARE' click 'Share presentation'

8. Click the tab 'Embed'
9. Select an embed size (this is the width and height in pixels)
10. Click 'Copy'

1. go to the course you want to embed the video in and go to 'Content'
2. Click the unit where you want to embed your video
3. Click the ellipsis in the top right of your content and click 'Edit'

4. Click the button 'Source code'

5. Go to the line where you want to put your video

6. Right click and choose 'Paste' or use the shortcut Ctrl-V to paste the embed code

7. The embed code is now in your content
8. Click on the button 'Save' in the left bottom corner  

1. Choose your preffered setting in 'Who can view'  (more information about this setting can be found here: Rechten in mediasite)
2. Go to 'Share presentation'
3. Click the 'Copy' button right of the 'Quick Link' field  

3. Open your course and go to the content
4. Paste the code from step 2 in your content
5. Click 'Save and close'
6. The quicklink is now in the content of your course. When people click this link they will go to the My Mediasite page of the video. Only people with sufficient rights on the video can see the video!
